RETROFIT PLUG DOORS OR REPLACEMENT DOORS AND FRAMES LARGE SIZES

Frigid's Cooler or Freezer Retrofit Plug Doors or Replacement Doors & Frames can replace existing cooler or freezer doors. They can fit most models walk-in and will come with the components needed for installation.

At the time of requesting a quote or placing an order it will be very important to specify if is a Cooler or a Freezer and provide opening dimensions (walk through opening) WIDTH + HEIGHT + DEPTH.

  • 48" x 78" with 2 Strap Heavy Duty Hinges

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Heavy Duty Wooden Door Frame Encased in Metal

  • 26 gauge Stucco Embossed Acrylume on interior and exterior of door and frame

  • 4" Thick Insulation with EISA Approved R-Value of R-29.2 for coolers and R-34 for freezers

  • Inside Casing door frame to secure Exterior door frame 

  • Doors are furnished with Heavy Duty Strap Hinges, Heavy Dury Latch and glow in the dark inside release handle (you can't get locked in even if you padlock the latch)

  • Perimeter Door Gasket for a positive seal around the door frame 

  • Door sweep across the bottom of the door to seal to the floor or threshold

  • Freezer door and frames are equipped with perimeter heater wire connected to a 2" x 4" electrical junction box (115 Volts)
